SCOUTING

At our football academy, we pride ourselves on identifying and developing the best young talent from around the world. Our scouting team is constantly on the lookout for players who have the potential to become the next generation of football stars. Here's what we look for in a player:

Technical Ability: We look for players who possess excellent technical ability. This includes good ball control, passing accuracy, dribbling skills, and shooting ability.

We also value players who have the ability to play in multiple positions and can adapt to different systems of play.

Physical Attributes: Physicality is an important factor in football, and we look for players who possess the right physical attributes for their position. This includes factors such as height, weight, strength, speed, agility, and endurance. We believe that players with a good balance of these attributes can develop into well-rounded athletes.

Tactical Awareness: We value players who have a good understanding of the game and are able to make quick decisions under pressure. This includes being able to read the game, anticipate the movements of opposing players, and make effective tackles and interceptions. We also look for players who have good communication skills and can effectively direct their teammates on the field.

Mental Toughness: Football can be a mentally challenging game, and we look for players who are mentally tough and resilient. This includes players who are able to stay focused and motivated even in difficult circumstances, as well as players who are able to handle criticism and learn from their mistakes.

Potential: Finally, we look for players who have the potential to develop into top-level footballers. This includes players who are willing to work hard to improve their skills, as well as players who possess the drive and determination to succeed at the highest level. We believe that with the right coaching and support, any player can reach their full potential.
